Strong vertical threphase motor carver with steel frame, designed and manufactured for milling of PU blocks and cosmetic foams. Very easy to operate, touch screen and high resolution. Transmission by spindles in XY axes. During the carver cycle, the milling machine enclosure is inaccessible to the operator, thus protecting the operator’s safety.

Optional: tool and bar for carver BK and AK cosmetic foams. Single phase motor on request.

Milling machine single phase motor for the manufacture of custom-made insoles with EVA, with a built-in vacuum system for immobilize the workpiece to be milled and with installation for the incorporation of the vacuum cleaner. Steel and robust aluminum frame, table in one sector and transmission by spindles in all axes. Very simple operation thanks to touch screen and high resolution. It is sold open or with a casing that closes the work area, improving the vacuum cleaner and the impact of noise. Optional: casing and vacuum cleaner.

O&p cam software V100:

V100 is the specific software to execute the CAM trajectories for the Laniakea V100 milling machine. It is allowed to be installed on any computer ... and it allows us to visualize how the milling will be executed. It requires a brief previous training since it is very intuitive and easy to learn.

The software is accessed from Pi.Cas.So O&P CAD Software. where will make the position of the 3D file to export it to the language of the CAM.

It allows the calibration of the machine and contains the files of the blocks used with the Laniakea V100 milling machine. It is possible to select the number of sections and to configure the advance of the tool.

PU Blocks:

PU blocks for milling molds designed with Pi.Cas.So. for Laniakea V100 milling machine. Various sizes available. They are delivered on pallets.

Flexible PU foam:

Flexible PU foam for milling postural seats or beds designed with Pi.Cas.So. Available in different densities according to patient’s need. They can be supplied in cut-to-size blocks in pallets. Beige foam is manufactured in individual triangular blocks, reproduced with their size in Pi.Cas.So. software.

Combo & Cormorán

Combo is an unique block manufactured with beige PU flexible foam, supplied with a fiberglass exterior structure, in order to facilitate the milling with the robot and to be used later as final support of the seat. At its base it has an internal reinforcement to be screwed to a base and anchored to a chassis of a wheelchair.

Materials for manufacturing insoles, by milling CAD CAM technology of different thicknesses and shores, made with first quality eva specially designed for orthopedics, both for its machining properties such as traction and friction. High quality material, low abrasion of residual dust with a high variety of colours, shore and combinations it is use in many areas of orthopaedic treatments. There are antiestatic materials for work insoles and different vulcanized densities. This material is the newest generation of milling material.
